INDIA NIPPON ELECTRICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve *It has been decided to convene a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on Tuesday the 13th August, 2019 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. * The Notice of the Board Meeting is being advertised in newspapers and a copy of the notice thereof will be forwarded upon publication. * Closure of Trading Window: Please note that the trading window, for dealing in the Companys scrips by the designated persons, has already been closed as intimated vide our letter dated 2nd July, 2019 and it will continue to be closed until 15th August, 2019 and will open from 16th August, 2019 i.e., 48 hours after the publication of the said results. This is in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
