Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve: 1. The unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 (Q1); 2. Declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2019-20; and 3. Fund raising by way of issue of secured and/or unsecured bonds, in one or more tranches. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which had been closed earlier, shall remain closed till August 8, 2019.
