Indian Hotels Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be convened on April 30, 2019, for considering the following matters: 1. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. 2. Recommendation of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the Trading Window from March 25, 2019 till May 02, 2019, for the purpose of adoption of the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. The Trading Window shall re-open on May 03, 2019.
