Please find the enclosed unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 which was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Tuesday, 12th February, 2019 along with the Limited Review report issued by the statutory auditors of the Company. The Board meeting commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 3.40 p.m.
