This is further to our letter dated 11th May, 2019 in relation to intimation of dispatch of postal ballot notice seeking unitholders approval for amendment to the adopted policies in relation to IndInfravit Trust. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the aforesaid resolution has been passed by the unitholders with the requisite majority on 10th June, 2019 being the last date for voting.
