The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 6:20 pm. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 we are enclosing the following documents: 1. Un-audited Standalone Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. 2. Limited Review Report of the Auditors on the Standalone Financial Results.
