INDOSOLAR LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. We further wish to inform that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for the purpose of transacting in Companys Shares will remain closed from 26thOctober 2018 to 5thNovember 2018 (Both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the designated employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Companys shares during the aforesaid period of the closure of trading window.
