The Board of Directors, in their meeting duly held on 14th November, 2018 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the followings: 1) Statement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended and Six months ended 30th September, 2018. 2) The Limited Review Report on the Financial Statement for the Quarter ended and Six months ended 30th September, 2018.
