Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have taken on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019, a copy each of which duly signed by Whole-time Director is enclosed. As required under Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations the Independent Auditors Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 is also attached herewith. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3:30 P.M. and concluded at 7:30 P.M.
