Bhopal Dhule Transmission Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall submit its annual audited financial statements along with the audit report for the financial year 2017-2018 to the Stock Exchange within sixty days from the end of the financial year March 31, 2018 i.e. up to May 30, 2018 as per the requirement of proviso to clause "a" of sub-regulation 2 of regulation 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
