Cornerview Constructions & Developers Pvt Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall submit Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2018 accompanied by Auditors’ Report within 60 days from the end of the financial year. Hence the Company will not be required to submit un-audited financial results for the half year ended March 31, 2018.
