Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results for the last half year ended March 31, 2018 accompanied with Limited review report of auditors are not being submitted since, the Company would be submitting annual audited financial results along with auditors report for the year ended March 31, 2018 within 60 days from the end of the financial year.
