Ashiana Landcraft Realty Pvt Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit to the stock exchange its Annual Audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 within 60 days from the end of Financial Year. Accordingly Company shall not be submitting its un-audited financial results for the last half of the financial year 2017-18.
