Intimation of Board Meeting to take on record Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter ended 31st December, 2017. Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 5th February, 2018 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2017. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons from 30.01.2018 to 07.02.2018.
