In terms of Regulations 30, 33 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 will be taken on record in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on 14th November, 2017. In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares stand closed from 3rd November, 2017 and shall re-open on 17th November, 2017. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
