Electronica Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish its annual audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, within the specified period of 60 days (i.e. by May 30, 2018), from the close of the Financial Year. The Company will not be publishing unaudited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2018 and hence no limited review report of the Auditors for this period will be submitted.
