This is to inform you that as per Clause 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 to inform the stock exchange the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017, the same has been approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its administrative office at Patna on Friday 05th January, 2018. Please find the attached Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017. The Board meeting commenced at 02.00 PM and concluded at 03.30 PM.
