Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that pursuant to the appointment of Resolution Professional (RP) by Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and in accordance with the provision of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) the power of the Board of Directors stands suspended and such powers is exercised by the IRP appointed for the Company to comply with the provisions as and when applicable to the company. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that on Thursday, March 01, 2018, Mr. Dinkar T. Venkatasubramanian (IP Registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00003/2016-17/10011) (Resolution Professional), inter alia, shall consider, approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. In connection with the above, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 shall be duly authenticated and signed by the RP or any person authorized by RP.
