With reference to above mentioned subject, we wish to intimate you that pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(a)(i) of Listing Regulations, we have a wholly-owned subsidiary company and we will submit to the stock exchange about the Financial Results for the F.Y.2018-19 as mentioned below: 1. For the each Quarter and year to date : Standalone Financial Results and 2. For the Annual Financial Results: Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. Further, and we hereby intimate to the stock exchange that we do not opt to additionally submit quarterly / year-to date consolidated financial results for the F.Y. 2018-19. Kindly take the same on your records
