Pursuant to regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirements) regulation, 2015, please find attached: Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Month ended on 31.12.2018. Limited Review Report dated 14.02.2019, of Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s Serva Associates, Chartered Accountants, for the quarter and Nine Month ended on 31.12.2018. Board Meeting started at 6.30 PM and concluded at 7.15 PM.
