JAGATJIT INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14th August, 2019 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Further to our letter dated 26th June, 2019 this is to inform that in terms of Code of Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for all the designated persons shall be closed till Friday, 16th August, 2019.
