Pursuant to the Regulation 30(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and amendments thereto, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 which commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M. has, inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 of the Company as recommended by the Audit Committee. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a Report on Limited Review of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
