Lodha & Company, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. Further, we would like to state that Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with modified opinion on both the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. Accordingly, in terms of Regulation 30/33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications is also enclosed.
