Enclosing herewith the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 as required under Regulation 33(3) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and approved by the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on 27th July, 2019. Further, as required under Regulation 33(2)(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, also enclosed herewith a copy each of Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The Limited Review Report has been placed before the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 27th July, 2019. The meeting commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 3.00 P.M.
