We would like to bring to your kind notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, inter-alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter (FY18) ended December 31, 2017 together with the Limited Review Report for the above said period. Further, the trading window to deal in equity shares of the Company remain closed from December 11, 2017 to January 25, 2018 (both days inclusive). The said information for the financial year 2017-18 is already made available on the website of the Company. This intimation is pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
