Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held today, approved the attached Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter/Nine Months ended 31 December 2018. The said Results have been reviewed (limited review) by the Statutory Auditors and by the Audit Committee of the Board at its Meeting held earlier today. The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors is attached.
