Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2018 on consolidated basis alongwith a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 14th February 2019 of the Auditors. b. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2018 on standalone basis alongwith a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 14th February 2019 of the Auditors. A copy of the press release issued by the Company after the said Board Meeting is also enclosed.
