Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held today has interalia considered, approved and taken on record the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith aforesaid Results along with Limited Review Report, A copy of the above is being uploaded in the website of BSE/NSE and Companys website www.jkcement.com. In terms of Regulation 33(3)(b) of Listing Regulations the Board opted to submit unaudited standalone quarterly/year to date financial results. The meeting commenced at 1.30 P.M and concluded at 3.35 P.M.
