This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. July 29, 2019 has inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2019, as recommended by the Audit Committee at its meeting held earlier in a day. In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing a copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with a copy of Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The said results along with the Limited Review Report are being uploaded on the website of the Company i.e. www.jmcprojects.com
