Kind attention : Mr. Subhash Purohit Dear Sirs, Scrip Code: 531861 Sub: Discrepancies in Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30-09-2018 This has reference to your email dated 27-11-2018 and the subsequent telephonic conversation the undersigned had with Mr. Subhash Purohit regarding the discrepancies in respect of bifurcation of Trade Payable in the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30-09-2018 submitted by the Company on 13-11-2018. In this connection, we would like to state that the entire amount of Rs. 3162.91 lakhs as shown under the head Trade Payables in the statement of Asset and Liabilities as at 30-09-2018 represents the outstanding dues of creditors other than micro enterprises and small enterprises ( previous year Rs. 2502.16). As suggested by you, we are now submitting the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30-9-2018 duly rectifying the discrepancy/classification error in the Trade Payables. Kindly note that on account of this bifurcation/reclassification, there is no change in the figures of Assets, Liabilities or the profitability of the company. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Kindly take the information on record.
