JUPITER INFOMEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As per Regulation 29(1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Jupiter Infomedia Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 14th, 2019 to, inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31st, 2018. Further as per the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from February 04th,2019, till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
