Kama Holdings Limited-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 30th May, 2019 for, inter-alia : - considering and approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. - recommendation of final dividend on equity shares, if any. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons & Directors will remain closed between Monday, 1st April, 2019 to Monday, 3rd June, 2019 (both days inclusive).
