To consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended 31St December 2018;

To consider the appointment of M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, Company Secretaries to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for financial year ended 31st March, 2019

Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2018 from Thursday, 31st January, 2019 to Saturday, 09th February, 2019.
