Approved the Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018 in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) as per Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the following: a. A copy of Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018; b. A copy of Consolidated Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018; c. Auditors Report on the Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018; and d. Declaration in respect of Audit Report with Unmodified Opinion.
