Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday, 13th February 2019; inter alia, considered and approved the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 along with Limited Review Report on the above results, received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith the following:- A Copy of Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018.Limited Review Report on the said Financial Results for the period ended 31st December, 2018 received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3:30 p.m.and concluded at 4:30 p.m.
