The Board of Directors at its meeting has considered and approved the following: Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 on Standalone/Consolidated basis as per Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2019 subject to approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Recommended dividend of ? 1/- per Equity Share of face value of ? 10/- each, (i.e.10%); Re-appointed Shri. Manish Desai (DIN : 02925757) and Shri. Anish Malhotra (DIN : 02034366) as an Independent Directors of the Company for further period of five years w.e.f. 9th September, 2019; The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company concluded at 1.15 p.m.
