KIRLOSKAR FERROUS INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2019. It is further informed that the Board of Directors at that meeting will consider final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-2019. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1 April 2019 as communicated earlier vide our letter No. 2457/19 dated 29 March 2019 and shall remain closed till Monday, 6 May 2019, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
