KIRLOSKAR FERROUS INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2019. We further inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1 July 2019 to 25 July 2019 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
