KNR CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above cited subject, it is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday the 11th February 2019 at 12.30 P.M at Hyderabad inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2018. Further, it is informed that pursuant to the Companys Policy & Internal Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 24th January, 2019 to 13th February 2019 (both days inclusive).
