KOTHARI WORLD FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from April 3, 2019 and will re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results to the public, i.e. 1st June, 2019
