K&R Rail Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone Audited financial results for the Quarter and year to date for the period ended on March 31st , 2019. Any other matter with the permission of Chair, which may arise during the meeting Further, as disclosed erstwhile vide letter dated 30-03-2019, the Trading Window of the Company pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company would remain closed for designated persons for trading of Companys equity shares, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results to the public.
