The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, which commenced at 02:15 p.m. and concluded at 4:35 p.m. have approved and taken on record the un-audited Consolidated and Standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2018, along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the said period. The said financial results are enclosed herewith. Copy of Limited Review Reports issued by M/s. B.K. Khare & Co, Statutory Auditors, of the Company are also enclosed herewith. The Earnings Release and Fact Sheet w.r.t. financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, is also enclosed herewith.
