The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, which commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:40 p.m., have approved and taken on record the un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 and taken on record the Limited Review Reports thereon, issued by M/s. B. K. Khare & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company. Copy of the said financial results and Limited Review Reports are enclosed herewith.
