L.G.BALAKRISHNAN & BROS.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday the 31st day of July, 2019 to inter-alia consider and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2019.

In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after results are made public on 31st July, 2019, for all the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company.
