LT FOODS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019 and to consider recommendation of the final dividend, if any, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
