MADHUSUDAN INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. Please note that the window for trading in the shares of the Company has been closed with effect from 3rd April, 2019 and will continue to remain closed up to 4th May, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel and other connected persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
