Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir, Pursuant to the Regulation 29 with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 23rd July, 2019 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Companys Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2019. In accordance with the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited (MAHEPC), the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in MAHEPC Securities from 1st July, 2019 to 25th July, 2019 (both days inclusive). This intimation is also being uploaded on the Companys website at http://www.epcmahindra.com.
