Further, vide our letter No. MHRIL/SE/19-20/37 dated June 29, 2019, we had intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated persons would remain closed from July 1, 2019 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the conclusion of the above mentioned Board Meeting.
