Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018 has been considered and approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, i.e., 31st July, 2018. The Statutory Auditors, M Choudhury & Co., Chartered Accountants, have carried out the Limited Review of the aforesaid Standalone Un-audited Financial Results. The Board Meeting commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 3:25 P.M.
