MAN INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 12, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. It may further be note that as per the Companys Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been already closed from 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid quarter.
